Leadership

I appreciate seeing my leaders  potential. I enjoy working to make that a reality, while discovering my own potential and using what I learn from them to fine tune my skills.  But this takes humilty on both our parts. It's hard to foster the potential in someone who constantly thinks they've arrived. Both parties have something to offer to the benefit of the other. Jesus's servant hood and "greater works than these " are great examples. Even at 12, The Teacher was learning in the tabernacle, even though He very well could have had an very different - prideful- attitude. Love always does what's the best for the other, resting in the fact that their needs and desires are met.
