Different...Just Different

I've "known" this for a while...but I couldn't put words to it until now...

• Being YOU is lonely. 
• Being different than the crowd is lonely.
• Birds of a feather flock together...we all,as human nature, seek and flock to those we can relate to. Someone who "gets" us...someone we can see ourselves in... someone who has something in common with us.

So,when we are US,and not following the cookie cutter scheme of everyone around us,the pattern of the world, yea,we're going to be noticed as the "odd" one out in the pattern.

We're called to be a unique vessel of Abba's love, portraying and manifesting and telling of a unique aspect of His goodness that only we can tell.

NO ONE has my story. NO ONE has your story. You've had experiences and lessons with Abba's faithfulness,mercy,and goodness that I've not had...but would greatly encourage me to hear. And vice-versa. No one's been in the EXACT same trenches I've been through... so who better to share my view of The Great I Am than....me?

There's not ONE person (even a spouse,or BFF or sibling) that will ever fully understand ... (but PRAISE THE LORD,THEY CHOOSE TO LOVE US !) ...except Jesus...our creator,our Maker,our Beloved, our El Shaddai ...

So just remember...Romans says to be IN but not OF!!!!! It's ok (but uncomfortable) to be different...just think...if there seems there's NO one who understands...The one who's image you are created in does understand. And...He's given you permission to be different...remember that Salt and Light thing? Oh. Yeah,that...




We're called to lead by example and, impact those around us,and let our light so shine that they will see Him working through us,and praise HIM ---not us. And if our lights are shining, we can help shed light on the path of those around us. The Word is the ultimate guide path,but 10 people can read John 3:16 and get 10 (or MORE!) things out of it...the main reason I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE fellowship! It's a time to gather and discuss--not debate--and encourage each other with what we've learned...gave them some of our fruit we've been producing ,if I may...so hopefully,they can taste and see that it is GOOD and learn how to cultivate it in their own lives!  As my main man Paul  says...multiple times,(YES,I read more than Paul's letters...but dude, this guy GETS IT! Totally speaks MY mind!) There's one body,many parts...we're called to CELEBRATE differences,and help encourage and cultivate them...not shun them. It takes all types to reach all types! Jesus had a team of 12...even He realized He couldn't do it(spreading the gospel) all alone(as a human)...He needed His team...different people who could relate to different types of people. The fishermen to the fishermen, the tax collector to the '"elites" ...etc...so, my friend, Let your light shine! Hide it under a Bushel? NO!
